The third ACPC covers three thematic periods that are: Laying the Basis for Inclusive Digital Transformation in ASEAN; Scanning the Horizon – In the direction of the ‘New Regular’ for B2C Dispute Decision in ASEAN; and Empower Customers – Strengthening the Shopper Motion in ASEAN.
The convention was co-organised by DTI of the Philippines, the ACCP and the ASEAN Secretariat. The convening of the convention was supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, underneath the “Shopper Safety in ASEAN” (PROTECT) mission.
