The Vietnamese Ministry of Overseas Affairs (MoFA) and Vietnamese consultant companies in Russia and Ukraine are working with native competent companies to create a secure hall for Vietnamese in Mariupol and different localities of Ukraine to evacuate to a secure place, mentioned the ministry’s Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Grasp.
