New Delhi (VNA) – Nationwide flag provider Vietnam
Airways on June 15 formally opened a direct route between Vietnam and
India, with its first flight departing from Hanoi and touchdown on the Indira
Gandhi worldwide airport in New Delhi at 2:45pm (native time).
Each week, its flights between Hanoi and New Delhi are
scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, whereas these between Ho Chi Minh Metropolis
and the Indian capital Thursday and Saturday.
For the reason that institution of diplomatic relations in 1972, a
strategic partnership in 2007 and a complete strategic partnership in
2016, Vietnam and India have seen their two-way commerce rising by an annual
common of 20 %.
