Administrative reform should focus on benefiting people, businesses: PM

Administrative reform must be strengthened to make sure a powerful and efficient system, aiming to profit individuals and companies and contributing to stopping corruption, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh whereas chairing a gathering of the Authorities Steering Committee for Administrative Reform in Hanoi on March 9.
