HÀ NỘI — Ambassador Đặng Hoàng Giang started his tenure as Head of the Everlasting Delegation of Việt Nam to the United Nations (UN) in New York on Thursday.
President Nguyễn Xuân Phúc appointed him to the publish on January 20.
